The LLDPE is the main material for this machine(linear low density polythene), adopts several different types of resins, to produce two-layer or three-layer film stretching and winding with one-side glue or two-side glue, and it is of high intensity in stretching, anti-puncturing ability and anti-impingement, can be widely used in assembling pallet for mass goods.

It is mainly to produce unilateral PE stretch film.
The machine utilize LDPE,LLDPE as raw material and adopts several different kinds of resin to produce Three-layer casting stretch film,which be widely applied to in the packaging filed for construction materials, auto parts,hardware parts and so on.
The whole machine adopts frequency conversion motors, with the characteristics of durable, power saving. And that it is sensitive and accurate to adjust the speed of machine.
It has the advantages: low noise, stable running, automatic unwinding, automatic winding, automatic changing roller;
The whole machine adopt advanced temperature system which can control the process of plasticizing and adjust the smoothness of Blowing film.
The stretch wrapping film has good shrinking memory and self-sticky which make good intergrity to prevent goods from loosening during transportation. Better transparency and tensile strength of the film make the packaging beautiful, it is conomical and practical.

After Sales Service
We have three way to service:
1.When machine arrived buyer factory, we will arrange engineer to buyer factory for installation and testing machine , and give customer some train, in common time range is 7-15days. Any machine's problem, our engineer will give a train.
2. When engineer go back, so machine have some problem happened, at the first, we will have meeting by video chat,we will tell customer how to solve? If it is no problem to solve them, so all is good. If it can not , we will send engineer to buyer's factory again. or we will invite some other maintenance personnel in buyer's country to supply help(some countries have our customer and using our machine in there)
3.If just need to change some spare parts , we will send DHL to buyer and guide to change, it is free to buyer(under warrant).
